Beginning in 1946 with their home building business, Scarborough has continued to grow and diversify, developing office complexes, waterfront homes, condominium housing, apartments, marinas, hospitals, schools and shopping centers throughout the Delaware Valley, New Jersey, Virginia, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Florida.

As principals and owners, the family takes a hands-on approach to all facets of the development process from economic analysis, conceptual design, entitlements, leasing, and property management.
