Sean Scarborough began his career in real estate development as a teenager working as a carpenter on family development projects. Prior to graduating from the University of Rhode Island with a degree in Business Administration, Sean began developing commercial real estate in Rhode Island. Upon graduation, Sean returned to New Jersey and joined his father at Scarborough Properties where he oversaw all leasing and tenant renovations of the family’s commercial property portfolio. This included buildings totaling approximately 500,000 square feet with some eighty five tenants. Thereafter, Sean developed many commercial projects including numerous bank branches, office complexes and the Flyers/Phantoms Training Center in Voorhees, NJ. Today, he continues to work on housing and commercial projects several of which involve redevelopment.
Todd Scarborough began his career in real estate as a teenager working as a carpenter on family development projects. Upon earning is BA from the University of Pennsylvania, Todd managed the construction of two residential projects for Scarborough Properties. Subsequently, he worked as a real estate appraiser/consultant for Robert M. Sapio Company in Voorhees, New Jersey. In 1996 Todd earned his MBA from Columbia University. Upon graduation, he returned to Scarborough Properties acting as property manager of the office portfolio which was sold to a real estate investment trust in December 1997. Since then he has worked on new commercial development projects including shopping centers, single tenant retail uses as well as housing development.
Upon graduating from West Virginia University in 1997, Chris began working as a construction manager for Blackman and Company. He oversaw the construction of numerous commercial projects including bank branches and box retailers. In 2000 Chris joined Scarborough Properties and began working on new commercial and housing developments. Currently, Chris is integral in negotiating for the purchase of land and procuring governmental approvals for several retail and housing development projects.
